Biniris has been in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance since 1986. One thing that hasn't changed in that time: we employ people directly rather than subcontracting, and every client gets a single point of contact who knows their site.
That structure matters more than it sounds. The person who handles a complaint is the same person who manages your contract. The staff on your floor are Biniris employees — not casuals from a labour hire firm. They're selected, trained and retained by us.
We work across nine industries and six service lines, from general cleaning to waste management programs. A single contract covers the lot.

Dedicated account managers
Regionally based and proactive. They conduct regular site visits and are your single point of contact for anything contract-related. Not a call centre — a person who knows your site.
Monthly performance reporting
A personalised QA report each month, benchmarked against your specifications. Contract performance tracked against set KPIs, with incident data, training records and improvement recommendations included.
Permanent, local workforce
Every candidate goes through a rigorous selection process and is trained in-house. We don't pass your contract to a labour hire firm. The people cleaning your site are accountable to us — and we're accountable to you.
24-hour emergency callout
An experienced pool of operators available any hour. If something goes wrong at 2am, you're not leaving a voicemail. We maintain a response capability outside business hours, every day of the year.
Our sustainable approach.
Sustainability runs through how we buy equipment, hire staff, manage waste and engage with the communities we work in. These aren't add-ons — they're part of how the business has operated for three decades.
ISO 14001 environmental management certification governs our procurement and operations. We hold concurrent certifications across quality, environmental and health and safety management — each subject to annual internal and external audits.
Environmental practices
Energy star-rated equipment where available, natural cleaners and sanitisers, microfibre cloths and biodegradable garbage bags. We use eco-certified products as a standard, not an optional upgrade.
Our OSCA waste management program was piloted at the University of the Sunshine Coast — one of the first programs of its kind in Queensland. Designed to reduce landfill diversion and build sustainability tracking into daily site operations, it's available to clients across the education and commercial sectors.

Biniris supports NRL Cowboy House through complimentary cleaning services, redirecting otherwise allocated funds back into special education, health and wellbeing services for indigenous youth in Far North Queensland.
Child safety
Queensland Police Legacy
Funding the production and distribution of the Child Safety Handbook on behalf of Queensland Police Legacy, distributed throughout Queensland with a focus on regional youth communities.
Recognising our First People
Biniris has a formal partnership with Nahri, an Aboriginal independent not-for-profit consulting firm providing policy analysis and advice on Aboriginal affairs to business and government.
The partnership connects us to the communities where we operate, supports indigenous employment and economic engagement, and incorporates a flexible, individually-focused program with transitional and ongoing support strategies.
