Business sustainability
Resourcing the right way
Business sustainability is about ensuring we have the right resources in place to be able to thrive in the market and support your business both now and into the future.
Retaining valuable business knowledge
Our dedication to sourcing and retaining permanent, local employees means we not only provide ongoing training and development opportunities, but we are providing real jobs in your local area. We do not “contract” away our responsibility for employees on your site.
Long-standing partnerships
Whilst attracting new business is necessary for continued growth, we place greater emphasis on creating long lasting partnerships with our valued clients. We strive to retain a minimum 90 per cent of contracts for another term by providing the best possible experience and performance in the industry.
Accredited to international standard
We are proud to deliver high quality that you can trust, which is why our business is ISO certified to meet the strictest of standards. An electronic Integrated Management System (IMS) is used to integrate our business functions so they do not operate as stand-alone. This holistic approach ensures greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The IMS system is compliant with ISO standard 31000:2018 Risk Management and has scheduled reviews to ensure it continually meets the following certification standards:
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
Community contribution
It is the little things that make a big difference
Our commitment to operating in a socially responsible manner is reflected in the way we do business each and every day — from the way we engage with stakeholders, right through to socially-responsible decision-making.
We take pride in positively contributing to the community by behaving ethically, providing financial aid through sponsorships, program funding and job opportunities for the disadvantaged, employing local employees, using local suppliers, and acknowledging our indigenous culture with respect.

Biniris has been helping fund the production and distribution of the Child Safety Handbook on behalf of Queensland Police Legacy throughout Queensland, specifically targeting our regional youth communities.

Recognising our first people
Recognising the rights of our first people is important to Biniris.
We have established a strong partnership with Nahri, an Aboriginal independent non-for-profit consulting firm that provides independent policy analysis and advice to business and government concerning all aspects of Aboriginal affairs. Our partnership with Nahri helps us connect with the indigenous communities where we operate our businesses.
With Nahri, we provide a networked mobile approach to indigenous employment, community and economic engagement and incorporate a flexible, individually-focused program which relies on strong transitional and ongoing support strategies.
